This 240 acre property provides loads of opportunities to develop a wonderful Ozarks hunting acreage. Mostly wooded, this property has a great population of white-tailed deer as well as several turkeys. In conjunction with advisement from the NRCS, a Conservation Plan was developed for part of this property in 2017. Through this plan, firebreaks were put in and a prescribed burn plan was implemented that has begun to transform this property into a wildlife haven.
