Several miles of trails allow you to navigate and tour the property, taking you to the great hunting locations and different features that the land offers. The large oxbow lake has provided an endless amount of duck hunting for many years as well as fishing. This area is well known for world-class duck hunting with numerous duck hunting properties and duck clubs nearby. The diversity of food and cover for deer and other wildlife includes different variety of oaks, native forbs, grassland areas, wild plum thickets, etc. The general location lends itself to big bucks, and adjacent and nearby landowners managing for big deer as well, just adds to the list of what makes this such a great hunting property.
